My plane was late and I was able to still get in contact with the company and there representative was very nice getting some to pick us up ty again

My pick-up from the airport went very well.. However the pick-up from the hotel was not.. My family and I paid for a private transfer and we had additional people in the van with us going back to the airport.. This was very unprofessional and very unsafe.. We was not aware that we was having additional riders that was not apart of our reservation. I would like a partial refund for the trip from hotel to airport.
