Took our first trip to Jamaica in December of 22 and booked Tours Galore JA to get us to our hotel. Always a little nervous being in a new country. Our driver, Leslie Williams was absolutely EXCELLENT. I'm not much of a talker, but my wife is and we had a long drive. He was pleasant and very engaging, as well as knowledgeable about all the spots along the route. Going back in April and requesting him again if he's available. We were very happy with the service, the quality, and the professionalism of the driving.

On my family vacation in Ja we had the opportunity of booking a tour to the Bob Marley Museum with tours galore ja, with Mr Leslie Williams as our driver. I must say it was a wonderful experience, Mr Leslie displayed excellent customer service skills, he is very knowledgeable of his country's history, and very friendly. Mr. Leslie William was an excellent tour guide during my family vacation in Jamaica for the Christmas season 2022. He has exceptional customer service skills, and he was quite knowledgeable about the historical sites during our tour to our destination. The tour bus itself was very clean and comfortable to ride in. My family and I felt very safe during the trip.
