With the help of our Chef, native to this area, you will discover the unique flavors of local cuisine as you explore our traditional lifestyle. The course includes the preparation of 4 typical recipes. We start our experience preparing the special sauce of Crostino Toscano, traditional appetizer. Then we’ll make handmade pasta: Pici, real treasure of south Tuscany. For the sauce we’ll prepare the typical Aglione, which is a tomato sauce made with a special giant garlic of the area. As dessert we’ll prepare Cantucci, traditional cookies of Valdichiana. They are very good dipped in Vin Santo, special sweet wine of our region. After this unique experience, all your efforts will be rewarded by enjoying the sumptuous meal prepared with your own hands during the cooking class. Enjoy your meal!

Wij werden heel enthousiast ontvangen en begeleid in het koken. De gastvrouw was super. De recepten waren echter heel erg simpel. Het niveau had wat ons betreft veel hoger mogen liggen. Het was ook jammer dat wij de gerechten niet zelf af hebben gemaakt en dat wij de borden ook niet op hebben gemaakt. Recepten werden niet gedeeld (hebben we ook niet om gevraagd). Al met al slechts 2 uurtjes bezig geweest.
