Directions: If you leave from your hotel we will find you in the lobby at the set time. If leaving from the airport, we will NOT wait for you inside the airport with a sign. Contact us at the phone with a whatsapp text at the end of your migration procedures and then collect your luggage. (The airport offers free Wi-Fi service) Please indicate your reservation name upon reservation and you will receive instructions on how to identify your car. Wait in the street on your right when leaving the airport. The maximum waiting time for the car in this sector is 5 minutes per airport regulations, so if the driver can not find you, the driver must leave the airport to re-enter, wait in the indicated sector. In case of losing your luggage or any inconvenience that leads you to exceed the waiting time of 1 hour after landing send us a whatsapp text and we will wait for you, this may generate extra costs for waiting.

The only nightmare of my two week trip, convinced me to book a return to the airport and said he was available only to have him do a last minute switch to a different driver who wasn't there 10 minutes after the agreed upon time - I left in an Uber. Before that it took three links to pay him, and I do appreciate the refund, but my time is valuble and this created a lot of stress on my last day of vacation.

Great driver and worth the cost. We were at the Intercontinental which is a solid 45 minutes from the airport with no traffic. Definitely recommend this option.
