Fizemos uma visita guiada com guia que falava português. Muito educada e comunicativa, conhecemos um pouco da história do local e visitamos o salão central, muito belo.

O teatro e bonito, nada demais... passeio guiado não é interessante. Não são atenciosos e os guias fazem o mínimo possível. O site do teatro para orientações de ingressos horários é uma decepção. Teatro abre a 15:00 hs, vai comprar o ingresso, somente 15 minutos antes das 16:00 hs. Na venda o funcionário diz "não temos troco"... preços 150 pesos uruguaios para turistas e 100 pesos uruguaios para locais. Me parece que o Uruguai não esta interessado em receber turistas.

O teatro é lindo! Bem cuidado e repleto de história. A guia Iara estava realizando sua primeira visita e, apesar do nervosismo, deu conta do recado! Destaque para as pequenas participações teatrais de artistas locais . Muito divertido!
