Halloween 2024 in Montreal! A theatrical guide (a professional actor and storyteller) will regale guests with ghost stories, mysteries and legends about Mount Royal, including haunted hospitals, abandoned castles, cemeteries teeming with undead spirits, and all sorts of paranormal activities on the mountain.     Haunted Mountain is a spooky, lantern-lit Ghost Walk up the slopes of Mount Royal. Beginning in Montreal’s Plateau neighborhood, the ramble visits various haunted sites on the mountain, including several locations where ghosts have actually been sighted.

The tour is well thought of, and although I've been living in Montreal for 25 years, I discovered new corners of Mount Royal I had never seen before! It's informative, fun, respectful of Montreal's history and cultures, and our host, Jason, did a fabulous job at guiding us. I warmly recommend! I liked that they were also stating their references, including paranormal researchers - it made even more intriguing! Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as there's a bit of a hike (no fancy sandals).

Very fun tour. A small theatrical hike onto the mountain, perfect for Halloween. Jason was great at storytelling, keeping it creepy and light-hearted as well. Plus, you get to learn a bunch of historical facts as a bonus. Great tour and very interested in the others.

Whether you believe in the paranormal or not, the visit is very interesting, with lots of historical anecdotes. Our guide Dominique was visibly passionate about his subject, and knows how to communicate this passion well!
