Visite banale et sommaire, on regrette de ne pas assiter davantage à la fabrication du chocolat. Visite et prix dans la boutique un peu chers.

Vous rentrez dans le paradis du Chocolat.
La visite ressemble un peu à un déroulé de Disneyland Paris (ce qui n'est pas une critique négative) : vous passez chronologiquement de pièces en pièces avec des animations agréables.
On en apprend un peu plus sur la découverte et le développement du chocolat... ça met forcément les papilles en éveil !
Puis vous entrez dans le processus de fabrication avec tous les intervenants : trés intéressant. Enfin, la dégustation : IRRÉSISTIBLE ! Chocolat noir, au lait, avec touche de miel : c'est le démon, on ne peut plus s'arrêter.
Bref : excellent moment en famille, petite aire de jeu pour les enfants et même les chiens sont pris en compte (petite niche avec point d'eau) BRAVO !

Come prima cosa , l'organizzazione dell'accoglienza , l'organizzazione in piccoli gruppi e l'accompagnamento di una guida giovane e preparatissima sulla storia dello stabilimento dalla sua nascita , la visita al museo ,ben armonizzato con luci ,immagini , documentari , attrezzature , luoghi di produzione delle fave di cacao , sviluppo in Europa alle corti delle case reali ed in Vaticano ,che autorizzo l'uso della bevanda ( cioccolato in tazza ) come nuova prelibatezza , ho apprezzato anche il tragitto del nuovo reparto di produzione automatizzato nella produzione e nel confezionamento il personale ,con abbigliamento ascettico addetto al controllo della qualità , perfetta , il successivo assaggio delle diverse essenze e tipologie , poi al termine con l'ingresso allo spaccio e vendita , elegante , ordinato , con zona caffetteria e servizi alle persone , tutto perfetto ,dovremmo imparare a gestire le nostre eccellenze ,valorizzarle e proporle con le storie delle nostre tradizioni , pertanto ,impariamo dalle cose ben fatte dagli altri e applichiamole con successo . Il settore Alimentare ed enogastronomico è una nostra vera eccellenza rendiamola fruibile anche dal turismo che le apprezza e le cerca.
