Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For the tour from 7:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (from November 12 to July 31) or 9:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (from August 1 to November 11) Light lunch (Sandwiches, quiches or pizzas), varieties of cold drinks, local fruits

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

They really made an effort to find the whales at the end of the season, and we did. Although the visibility wasn't great, we did see a mother anf kalf. Too bad there wasn't any time left to stop at the shark/ray cleaning station.

We had a great morning and saw whales at the end of the season. Crew was prompt and everything went as planned. We had enough time to swim with the sharks and rays. Very memorable!

malgré la prise en charge impeccable, la météo du jour n'était pas favorable à l'observation des baleines. Après nous avoir "baladés" plus d'1h dans le lagon, nous avons enfin franchi la barrière de corail...heureusement que nous ne sommes pas sujet au mal de mer... et comme c'était prévisible, pas l'ombre d'une queue de baleine, pas de dauphins non plus. Une sortie pour "rien" qui nous a coûté cher!
D'autres tours similaires, où une partie de nos amis étaient inscrits, ont été reportés et eux ont pu, 2 jours plus tard, nager en compagnie d'une mère et de son baleineau.
Dommage que l'appât du gain ait supplanté l'amour du métier.
