The worst experience of my life. I've never had anything like this happen to me before and that's what I travel often. Hire the 3 days and 2 nights excursion from Fez to Marrakech with Madih by whatsapp, as I saw the itinerary on their website and requested the price. The first day we were changed for something totally different, it turns out that we were made to stay 2 nights in the same city and then go straight to Marrakech. I called him and we started arguing because he said it was a private itinerary and not a group, but on his page there was no other itinerary than the one I had hired. He sent me to talk to someone else and that person sent me a different itinerary from a different website and told me that's what we were going to do. In the end, if we wanted to make the itinerary I had hired we had to pay more money. I felt cheated, ripped off and mistreated, as you find yourself helpless in the middle of the desert and if you didn’t pay her more she wouldn’t take you to the next destination. It was a horrible experience that annoyed us the whole trip. That’s why I don’t understand the rest of the good reviews, I don’t even think they are real. I don’t recommend you hire anything with him, he’s not reliable and will probably try to trick you into getting more money. If anyone doubts it, I have proof of absolutely everything since we recorded it.

The best experience I had in Morocco was with Madih!!!! He is the absolute best driver and guide. His driving was perfect (cautious, attentive, doesn’t text and drive, follows the rules) - I always felt super safe in the car with him. He is very knowledgeable and so nice/patient. He gives the best recommendations - whether it is to eat or places to stay! He is also very responsive and communicative, which I really appreciate. & his English is fantastic! My parents and I had an incredible experience that we will cherish forever! Thank you Madih!!!! I 1000% recommend you to everyone!
