 The medina of Fez can be traveled in the middle of the morning and there would still be plenty of time. This is what the agencies do and the traveler did it on his first visit. They took him in a taxi to the nearest door, showed him the atmosphere of Saffarine Square, surrounding the Qarouine Mosque, or some other place that the traveler no longer remembers, took him back to his hotel. Fez needs much more than this: losing through the medina, living the contrast of cultures with a native who was born in Fez and knows all its corners with their stories, as well as knowing the reason for any detail in the medina.     In the guided tour of the Medina of Fez we will cross the most important alleys of Fez el-Bali. The Old Medina dates from the eighth century and comprises more than 300 neighborhoods and 9,000 alleys, constituting a network of streets in which only the Fesi know how to orient themselves. Some of the places we will visit during the visit are: Andalusian Quarter Tannery Chouwara Al Karaouine Mosque Bab Bou Jeloud door Mausoleum of Mulay Idrís Seffarine Square Medersa Attarine The various souks of Fez Talaa Kebira and Talaa Seguira Although we will try to make the itinerary as complete as possible, being a private tour, it can always be adapted to your concerns. All our guides are official and speak perfect Spanish.

Our tour guide, a lady raised in the medina of Fez, renowned for its complex labyrinth of streets, brought invaluable depth to our journey. Her extensive knowledge of the city significantly enhanced our trip's efficiency. While she tended more towards seriousness than humor, the insight and guidance she provided were indispensable to our experience.

Farida was our guide for this tour. She was extremely knowledgable and clear with her descriptions of the sites She went out of her way to accommodate our requests. including hiring a car to see some sites outside the city. And - she was patient while we did our shopping. Delightful day, would recommend 100%! Thank you Farida!

Hicham was INCREDIBLE!!!! We were on a time limit and he made it his challenge for us to see as much as possible within the 3 hours. Super knowledgeable as he has lived in Fes his whole life. Fes medina can be very confusing and winding but we felt confident being with Hicham. He took a ton of amazing photos of us and really made a great experience for us for the short about of time we had in Fes.
