What to see in meknes: Some of the places you can't miss are: Souks: a simple walk through the souks will show you that we are in a more modern city than Fez. Place El-Hedim: Place el-Hedim is in Meknes what Place Jamaa el Fna is in Marrakech, the center of the city's public and cultural life. Restaurants and terraces have been installed in areas where formerly public executions and royal announcements took place. Gate of Bab el-Mansour: communicates the old place El Hedim with the old imperial city of Moulay Ismaïl. Dar Jamaï Museum: this is one of the most interesting museums in Morocco.     Volubilis is an ancient Roman city where the best preserved and most visited archaeological remains of Morocco can be found. The area was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997. What to see in Volubilis While the best thing to do is walk around its ruins, there are some points you shouldn't miss: Forum, Basilica and Temple of Jupiter: Located on the upper part of Volubilis, these three places were the center of public life in the city. Thermal baths: Although its condition is quite neglected, you can still appreciate the heating system used by the Roman thermal baths. Isham our driver and guide was Fantastic from the very beginning, personalized attention and a wealth of knowledge, he expertly took us on a whole day tour through the history and landscapes of this amazing place, gave us recommendations on what to visit and where to eat, even after the tour was over we were able to write him back and ask about other places and restaurants, the gift that keeps on giving.

We took a day trip from Fes with Icham as our chauffeur. He is a safe driver and a very good tour guide. We laughed a lot together. The tour was very interesting and entertaining.
