If I could zero stars I would. The tour operator was unresponsive and never confirmed a pick up time. We ended up having to scramble to book last minute train tickets and have still not received a refund from Viator for this scam.

We booked a private transfer through My Day Trip from Fez to Marrakech with a stop in Rabat. Our driver was Amine B who was very friendly, professional and an excellent driver. He gave us a courtesy call prior to arriving to let us know he was on the way. He arrived on time, helped us with our luggage and stated that we we're to treat the car as if it was our own. We could stop whenever we wanted and he could tailor the trip so we could see everything on the route. Due to Covid some sites weren't open so Amine recommend some other places that were very interesting. The trip couldn't have gone better and I highly recommend Amine B and My Day Trip for private transfers.
