I booked this trip as a birthday present for my best friend and I gave him complete control over what we did while we were in morocco. He found this gorgeous city and said we were going here and I was not going to fight him on it, I was immediately swept away by its other perfection. Once we arrived, neither of us were disappointed. Say itself is beautiful! And pretty clean! A lot of morocco was a lot less clean than this city so that was really relieving to see. The streets really are that blue! Everything was absolutely picturesque at every turn. Every restaurant we ate at was really delicious and one night we were even provided with live music which was really wonderful. We stayed at the blue cat, which is a Airbnb right next to the cemetery and mosque and it was the perfect place to be. If you do decide to stay in morocco, I highly suggest staying in a local owned apartment in the Medina. We caught sunset at the Spanish mosque before we left and we hiked aksur waterfall too!! If you do plan to stay here, I highly suggest getting out of the city and doing some hiking or exploring as well. The nature is breathtaking in this area. We saw wild monkeys and cats and even saw some fish jump
