    Then, back to the Comfortable A/C vehicle for transfer to the imperial city Meknes, founded in the 11th century by the Almoravids as a military settlement. On Meknes Visit, we will see the main attractions like El Hedim square, Bab Mansour, Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, El Heri es-Souani, Medina, monumental city gates and ornamental decorations of the Spanish-Moorish architecture. Meknes city visit will not complete without a visit to the Museum of Moroccan Art to discover a wide variety of pure Morocco handicrafts. Magnifique journée avec Tarik notre guide et Aziz notre chauffeur. Les ruines de Volubilis sont impressionnantes et émouvantes, les petits villages constituant Moulay Idriss, accrochés à la montagne, sont authentiques et traditionnels. Enfin, Meknès, même si peu vivante un vendredi, reste intéressante, très différente de Fès. Tarik raconte son pays avec passion, jamais avare d'explications et assure une excellente ambiance tout au long de la journée. Suivant les demandes du groupe, nous avons terminé par une coopérative d'huile d'olive et l'achat de vin local ????

A very nice day of discovery! I highly recommend knowing that it is a little short on meknes! Too bad for the driver who speaks very little French
