Amazing experience. I got to learn to cook Chicken tagine with Prunes, and two salads. All done authentically in a home kitchen with two patient and knowledgeable women who really wanted to transmit their knowledge of Moroccan cuisine. I really recommend it if you want a down-to-earth authentic experience.

We had a great time on this cooking course, our hosts were so attentive and patient explaining the steps for each dish. They even went over all the ingredients again so we could write the recipes down once we had clean hands! We made tagine, couscous, and 2 warm salads. We did not visit the market to buy our ingredients, but having already been to the Medina we don't feel we missed out at all by skipping this step. I would highly recommend this experience, it was the highlight of our stay in Fez.

The hosts were lovely. They explained us everything in so much detail that we were able to take notes and try to make the recipes at home. It was amazing that we did everything, from the peeling to roasting the vegetables that we ate later.
