Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Pre-book your private transfer to your Fez hotel city from Fez Sais Airport. The driver will meet you at arrival airport and assist you with your luggage and welcome you into a comfortable, air-conditioned van fitted with WiFi. You will be able to sit back, relax and trust that you will be driven safely. Maximum group size is 14.

If your riad in the medina is not accessible by car, your driver will call ahead and set a meeting point where you’ll be greeted by staff from the riad. You won't be left alone until you're in safe hands.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We were late leaving Stansted, but our driver was waiting for us and had a hassle free drive into Fez. It was very hot when we arrived, bottles of water were provided and Driver gave us some local knowledge during our drive to our hotel.
