With the help of your native host, you will discover the unique flavors of local cooking while learning about the traditional ways of life. Fatima is a local woman who will host you in her home and will explain every single detail about Chefchaouen and Morocco culinary traditions. You will learn secrets of food traditions and will be able to cook similar dishes for your family. You will learn not only how to make a Tagine, but also several other delicious and healthy dishes. If you are a vegetarian you will be even more delighted.

Our tagine cooking class was an incredible experience! Fatima is such a great teacher and was so lovely to spend an afternoon with. We started by going to the markets to pick up some ingredients for class, then she showed us how to make a variety of different tagines in her kitchen. You should absolutely take Fatima’s cooking class if you have the opportunity
