Enjoy free time to discover a place on your way After that, Continue, to Moulay Idriss The holiest Islamic town, monument and mosque opened just for Muslims. But, it gives to visitors an excellent impression, just by taking a look at the hallway of the town. It’s a panoramic view. After that, We’ll watch elongated square above us, green-tiled pyramids of the Zaouia and stroll between the labyrinth of clean alleyways. Break for lunch at local or chic restaurants in Following lunch, start the Meknes city tour Go into the Medina. So as to, discover monumental city gates dating back to XVII-century. The tour was fascinating, even for me as a Moroccan! I discovered the charming village of Moulay Driss Zerhoun, which I hadn’t known about before, and absolutely loved its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The guide was incredibly fluent and shared a wealth of information about Morocco’s history, economy, politics, and more. His explanations were concise yet engaging, and I really appreciated how he represented Morocco to the tourists in such a thoughtful and accurate way. We also visited Volubilis, a truly splendid site, though I feel that 1 hour and a half wasn’t quite enough to fully explore its beauty. I should also mention that we visited all the places listed in the program, and the tour followed the schedule perfectly—very punctual people! Overall, the experience was wonderful. All the staff, including the guide Tareq and the driver, were kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
