The experience was as described. Your guide will use his relationships with members of his community to ensure you are able to see inside authentic sights and experiences, as well as the more touristy areas of Tangier. The driver had a well-maintained car and safely navigated the narrow streets. Both the driver and guide had a lovely sense of humor and interacted with our children to ensure they were a part of the experience. Our guide chose areas of Tangier based on our interests.

Omar was our guide and Abdul our driver, both were phenomenal. Meetup at the port was seamless and the van was very nice and comfortable. An unexpected bonus was the midmorning breakfast stop with baghrir topped with almond butter and banana. We could have done without the camel ride as it was in rocky parking lot above the beach. A great alternative would be the same amount of time to walk down and put your feet in the ocean. Both Omar and Abdul gave us the rich history of Tanger without over loading us and openly answered any questions. They even modified the itinerary because we were not interested in much shopping time at the Medina and made some additional stops at instead. The late afternoon lunch was equally as good and authentic at a local spot, not a tourist trap. Overall an awesome and memorable day, highly recommend Omar. If our travels bring us back, will absolutely have them both. Thank you Omar and Abdul!
