Our Cooking Class takes place in Fez Morocco. You’ll start by going out to buy your ingredients at the local, bustling market. Then, you’ll head back to the workshop to begin preparing your masterpiece. The course lasts from 10:30am until 1:30pm and is finalized by you enjoying your meal.

Mohammad was a good guide who spoke English well. It was our first day in Fes and he explained some history and recommended some local sights, as well as taking us to the Souk to get the fresh ingredients before heading to his Riad to do the cooking. The cook was friendly and Mohammed translated for us. We learnt to cook a tagine and salads which were all very delicious. He also sent us the recipes so we can cook them at home.

Très belle rencontre avec Samira à l’occasion d’un cours de cuisine. Nous avons préparé ensemble 4 salades, un poulet au citron et un dessert aux pommes dans une cuisine ouverte très agréable, tout en parlant de nos vies respectives. Le résultat s’est révélé délicieux.

The hosts were amazing and were great with kids! Helping to choose the food before cooking it was a great, authentic experience and learning to cook traditional food was educational and delicious. Even the picky eater loved the food! I would do this again and absolutely recommend to others.
