This agency pleasantly surprised me ???? - I received a fair price for the Safari, and to my surprise, - I received a bonus of 2 nights' accommodation from the agency, both on arrival and on departure. - The guide was super professional, and Jackline from public relations helped me with everything, making me feel comfortable even though this was my first Safari.

Es ist nicht ganz einfach in Arusha das Büro von Mohammed zu finden allerdings kennen die Leute in der Umgebung die Frage schon und wissen meist wo man hin muss. Wir wurden von unserem Guide Malliaki (hoffentlich richtig geschrieben) von unserer Unterkunft abgeholt, obwohl wir selbst noch Probleme hatten mit der Zahlung hatte er Verständnis und hat uns nochmal ins Büro gefahren bevor es los ging. Untergebracht waren wir in der Figtree Lodge, die Leute, das Personal und das Essen waren prima. Die Unterkunft selbst hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Zum Schlafen und Duschen hat es gereicht aber es war sehr grenzwertig. Während unserer Tour haben wir noch beschlossen zu verlängern und Malliaki und Mohammed haben sich darum gekümmert, dass wir noch eine Nacht im Nongororo Krater schlafen konnten. Alles in allem hat alles gut geklappt und wir hatten super schöne Tage und unser Guide war oftmals der erste der etwas entdeckt hat oder sehr schnell wusste, wo was zu finden war.

Mohamed did a great job communicating with our group during the safari and organizing transport, Covid tests, and all details of the experience. Our driver Joseph was the best. Great job explaining everything we saw. Was on time every day. He spotted wildlife we couldn’t see ourselves. Amazing elephant and lion siteings in Tangangire. The tree lions in lake Manyara are not to be missed. The most amazing place was the ngorongoro crater. Thousands of animals but the lions were the best.
