We spent a lot oftime researching different tour company’s and decided on Kilimanjaro safari adventure club after reading all the wonderful reviews and we are SOO glad we did! From the first correspondents back and forward the manager makoninde was fantastic! We were sent a 5 day itinerary which explained everything we were doing in detail. Whenever we had any questions makoninde would get back in touch right away and was always extremely friendly! This company goes above and beyond for you! It’s the little things and the personal touches that go along way! Makoninde picked us up from the airport and when we had an issue due to our bags not arriving he took the stress completely away from us and dealt with the airport directly - it was just brilliant! Our guide Boniface was just incredible! We honestly couldn’t of wished for a better guide. With 20 years experience he had so much knowledge on all the animals, birds and their habitat. Boniface was extremely patient when I would ask a thousand questions a day haha and it was just a pleasure to have him as our guide and spend so much time learning from him. Boniface would drive for hours so we could see soo many different animals - lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards ( the list goes on) and he could spot things from miles away ( Boniface - we are still in awe of how you can spot the animals!!) Me and my husband had wanted to go on safari for years and this was better than anything we could of ever dreamed of! Boniface thank you for the amazing experience, the laughs, the conversations, the experience seeing the animals, the food, all the fun and for sharing your knowledge - we will never forget it ever! We feel very privileged that we had you as our guide! All the accommodations we stayed in also were wonderful - I have put up separate reviews on their own pages. But we loved every minute of our safari trip! The people you will meet are incredible and just so so friendly! I would highly recommend Kilimanjaro adventure safari club and honestly would go back in a second if I had the chance!
