You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Extremely professional. Elly went out of his way to make me comfortable. When my flight got cancelled he immediately came to the hotel to help me get a new one. All of his staff, the guides, cooks and porters, were friendly, approachable and made me feel welcome. I could not have gotten to the top without their support. I saw all of the big 5 on my safari after the climb. Nothing but good and comfortable experiences. Golden Summit is a local Tanzanian company. Booking with them ensures your money stays in Tanzania. The service is exceptional and you can book with them with complete confidence.
