It is referred to as the tourist route because of services available on the way to the summit. Unlike other routes, it is relatively easy, has low success rate because many unfit people attempt Kili trek via this route and fail, it is a popular route and accommodation is in huts. It is preferred by many trekkers. It is also beautiful. It is the easiest and shortest route. Ascent and descent are done on the same path.

    We went for 5 days Kilimanjaro in January 2023. We stayed at Spring Land hotel and World Adventure Tours set up the trip. Everything was great! The team at the hotel, and the trekking team with guides, chiefs and porters were all amazing. Very helpful, happy, and very good food. We made it to the summit, and the guides was very helpful and motivated us. The arrangement of the trip was well planned and I recommend travelling with World Adventure Tours if you want a easy and good experience.

    Viele der Orte, die wir vor dieser Reise besucht haben, entsprachen nicht unseren Erwartungen …… ..aber nicht unsere fünftägige Marangu-Route Kilimanjaro mit World Adventure Tours. Was wir in diesen neun Tagen getan haben, scheint unmöglich und wäre ohne die wunderbare Unterstützung des Bergführers Tarimo und seines wundervollen Teams nicht passiert. Die Aussicht auf den Trail ist unglaublich und wir haben es sicher zum Uhuru Peak geschafft. Dies ist eine der besten Errungenschaften meines Lebens und ich bin froh, ein großartiges Unternehmen ausgewählt zu haben.

    Our experience with World Adventure Tours on Kilimanjaro will stay with me for a long time. They were awesome during planning leading up to the unforgettable trek with lead guide Mmasa and his able crew of porters, cook and guides. The trek was enjoyable despite the challenges of facing the tough terrain and harsh mountain weather conditions. My sisters and I made it to the top thanks to the exceptional support from these guys. If I were to do this trek again or go on safari, World Adventure Tours is my first choice for all the fantastic things they did for us. Keep safe my friends!
