One of the highlights of our trip to Colombia was our coffee tour. We have done coffee tours in Indonesia and Dominican Republic and while those were excellent tours, this was on a different level. Isabela and Pablo were excellent and taught us everything about coffee production from planting the seeds, harvesting, roasting, and tasting the final products. Our kids had a blast learning about the process and had a great time picking the coffee beans. We even gave them a taste for their efforts.

Pablo & Damien have a great deal of knowledge about coffee. From plant to cup they described the process of making a great cup of coffee. The different processing and coffee making techniques were very well explained.
