We book the excursion via a platform the evening before departure, scheduled for 11 am on November 9. As we are heading to the meeting point, we find heavy traffic and half an hour before 11 we try to call more than once to warn cje we will have arrived precisely at 11 and asking to wait just a few minutes, the time to park.
