Did not like the experience, was not able to get my money back either and saw an charge of over 260 USD on my card that was not advised upon just unsatisfied and not beginner friendly

Good motors, fair price. Best way to ride to Guatape to avoid the traffic. Good service and good extra's like a phoneholder for navigation

I live in the US, and I ride my motorcycle everywhere (BMW S 1000 XR). I had never rented a motorcycle before and not only that, but I had also never thought about renting a motorcycle in a different county. After doing some research I was able to find "Moto Ride Medellin" after multiple conversations and text, I felt safe dealing with this company. The level of professionalism and knowledge in the subject made me feel at ease with my decision. I was able to rent three dual purpose motorcycles from them with no issues. The motorcycles are in impeccable conditions, the service level that they bring in admirable, the level of honesty and sincerity that they provide has no comparison. Thanks to their recommendations and assistance, I was able to enjoy a truly fantastic and amazing experience, the trip and the scenery is amazing, but the service and the attention to detail provided by Moto Ride Medellin was what made this trip so special for me and my family.
