You can choose to head back to the city on our mini-coach, or opt for a ferry ride across the bay with views of the San Francisco skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz Island!

    Enjoy a tour of the bayside town of Sausalito with 45 minutes of free time to explore on foot. You can choose to head back to the city on our mini-coach, or opt for a ferry ride across the bay with views of the San Francisco skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz Island! Sample Itinerary: • 7:15am or 1:30pm (depending on date and tour choice): Pick up from Hilton Union Square hotel. • Drive across the Golden Gate Bridge, and stop at a viewpoint for that perfect photo (weather permitting). • Arrive at Muir Woods National Monument, where you will have 90 minutes to walk the trails and check out the cafe and gift shop. • Back in the vehicle, you’ll wind your way down into Sausalito. You’ll have 45 minutes to explore, or you may choose to take a ferry back across the bay and stay longer up north. • Approx 4-5 hours later: Hop back on the mini-coach, if you’re taking the mini-coach back across the bridge. You’ll be dropped back off at the Hilton.

Muir Woods itself was amazing! Once we were able to identify the path to take to view the trees. Our driver was just that … a driver. We were under the impression that the driver would be more interactive with giving insights and Information about the things we were seeing along the route and a fun part of the trip but for the most part she just drove with the music turned up. We were in the back of the bus and she asked if we needed air let her know which I did. We went several blocks and I checked the vents up above us which still had no air coming out. I spoke up again and said there was still no air coming out. She said something which I could not hear due to the radio being turned up so high. Finally she clicked the correct switch or something and we got some air circulating. Her initial question when we first boarded was “has everyone seen the Golden Gate Bridge yet”? One or two said yes and she followed up with ok I was just going to see if you all wanted to skip stopping at it. Upon arrival at each site she only told us about what time to be back and provide no details or assistance about where to go or things to do without probing for answers. We enjoyed the Muir Woods but that was about it. The guide was a disappointment.

Booked by calling rep to ensure distance and pick up location. I was told 10 minutes from hotel but it was 45 min. Had to get an Uber to and from pick up location. On day of, s different rep told me a different address so I paid cash to Uber driver and paid Uber for cancellation of 1st address after ride started. Viator refused to understand the issue. They will continually tell you they are trying to contact vendor but no answer. The rep told me it was a different address. Language barriers were ridiculous! Driver- nice but New so not a lot of context to the city or areas. Not considered a guide because she didn't have a lot of context for driving through various areas of the city. I'm sure with time it will improve.
