The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Arrive in Mumbai with ease when you pre-book this VIP assistance.The VIP assistance includes the benefit of personal assistance including transport in an electric cart/buggy during your arrival at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. A trained English-speaking executive will assist once you enter the terminal complex, after exiting the plane and crossing the aerobridge / jetway.

Electric cart in the terminal is subject to availability & location of the gate at which the flight arrives. In case a flight connects to any of the gates / aerobrdiges that are close to the exit leading to the immigation hall (which requires minimal walking) an electric cart will not be used
Porter will carry luggage and transfer to the waiting vehicle that comes in front of the terminal. The porter cannot carry luggage till parking.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visa / travel documents. In case entry is refused by immigration or any passenger is deported, we will not be liable, and no refund can be given towards the booking.
The Meet & Assist executives cannot interfere during government regulated procedures eg. Immigration, Customs and Security
Service duration is maximum one hour, from the time the guest meets up with the Meet & Assist executive
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
