You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver communicated with me as soon as I landed and let me he was ready to meet us at the arrivals door. The drive to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. He had bottled water available for us.

Samir was on time, communicated with us as we cleared passport control. His driving was safe and he was very knowledgeable local traffic matters and avoided routes that had congestion. Would highly recommend using Samir for transportation needs.
