Alun was excellent. He was punctual, offered very clear communication, along with an extensive knowledge of WWII activities at the Dachau Concentration Camp. He was very generous with his knowledge and clearly articulated his tour with an overall historical view of WWII Germany. Well well worth the time to gain further knowledge on this historical site. The tour we went on with Alun was incredible. His knowledge and presentation was of the highest quality. It was very obvious that he was very interested in giving us the best possible experience. His timing with the trains and busses was phenomenal. He had us where we were supposed to be when we were supposed to be there. We received insights about things we had never heard of. I honestly can’t think of anything negative about our day. I will recommend this tour with Alun to anyone I talk to about our trip today. It was very professional in all aspects of our experience today. Thank you for having Alun on your staff he is wonderful.
