  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

driver was communicative via the Viator app, showed up on time, provided a nice clean van for transporting all of our luggage, and got to the airport on time.

We used this service from the airport to our hotel and then back to the airport at the end of our visit. Samir communicated ahead of time and was friendly. He was early to pick us up and drove us safely and quickly. He offered water as soon as we got in which was great after a long flight. Would recommend!!
