Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Don't go through all the stress of taking a taxi or facing long shuttle queues and make the best of your journey. The driver is well trained and will make sure that you have a smooth ride from door to door.
Your driver will greet you with a name plate in the hotel lobby. This is a private transfer which means that you will not share a car with anyone apart from your booking. The cars used for this service are less than 5 years old. Private transfers can make your stay much more simple and enjoyable.
Choose from two comfortable vehicles to suit your group size. For groups of up to 3 we offer sedan cars that can accommodate 3 pieces of luggage. Alternatively, for larger groups of 4- 7 passengers you have the option of a minivan that accommodates 7 pieces of luggage. In some cases you may also request a minibus for maximum comfort, which is suitable for more than 8 passengers with 1 piece of luggage per person.

Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby. For departure transfer, please be advised that the pick-up is scheduled 3,5 hours before the flight.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and maximum size of 158cm. Please note that additional charges may apply for each additional item.
Please be advised, that your driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are always monitored, so in the event of a delay, your driver will still be waiting for you.
Please inform us if child seat/booster is needed at the time of the booking.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A ver. Habiamos avisado que iban dos niños, uno de 6 meses. Llega el conductor sin la sillita especial para esa edad. Nos intenta convencer de que no era necesaria. Se pasa hablando por el móvil y conduciendo con una mano la primera media hora del trayecto. No respeta ni un limite de velocidad. ¿Puede ser peor). La empresa de transfer se llama Four Seasons
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
