Our guide, Laura, met us at our hotel and was very prompt. She communicated extremely well prior to the tour and then customized our time together according to our interests. She was very knowledgeable of the history of Munich and communicated it in a very clear manner. We had only one day in Munich and we felt that we were able to see the highlights. Of course, we finished the day with beer and pretzels!
