Our flight to Munich was delayed unexpectedly. Since I knew that the driver normally only waits 1 hour at the airport, I emailed from the airplane on the runway to try to delay the pickup time. Thankfully, they were available at a later time and were able to wait for us after going thru Passport Control and picking up our luggage.

Flight arrived on time - got an SMS to say my driver was there and I replied I was in passport control. Obviously that takes time, collected my luggage and no driver there! Other drivers looked at my SMS and said he was there but had left. Fortunately a couple I was travelling with driver had a mini van and was happy to take me. So this booking was a waste of money as was never used!
