The Roller Costa ride was incredible Waterfalls were amazing Lunch was a bit disappointing food needs to be covered as flies were pitching on the meal which was a bit off putting

This tour option doesn't seem to be on their website anymore, but I did book it several months in advance. They picked us up a little late ( our homestay host was worried and called to check on them) and the ride to the trail we were hiking consisted of the guide and driver speaking to each other in Vietnamese and explaining nothing to us. When we started the trail, the guide admitted he'd never been there before, and "probably" knew where we were going" uh oh. I was hoping for some explanation of surroundings, but instead he asked me what several things were. Fortunately we found our way, and he did open up and conversate with us more as we went. When I booked, I specifically asked we not visit the cricket farm, and replace it with a more in depth visit to the "rural village" described on the site. This was confirmed by mail. Apparently that message was never passed along, because we went to the cricket farm, and only spent about 30 seconds driving through a "village". ( It looked like one of the nicer parts of town) I'm still giving four stars because as our guide warmed up he was fairly personable and the views from the hike were decent...but compared to similiarly described tour/hikes I've done elsewhere in Asia, there was a lot to improve on here.
