Bicycle Food Tour in Mandalay

I booked this tour for the Thingyan holiday in mid-April 2025. It said that I would be able to cancel it up until 24 hours before the day of the event. Here it is a good two weeks before my scheduled bicycle trip, and I am unable to actually cancel it because it is not showing up in Tripadvisor's Manage My Bookings section. TripAdvisor said that events that aren't refundable would not show up there, but this was sold to me as cancelable and refundable. I feel I was sold this trip with false advertising because I am unable to cancel it due to the earthquake. I tried calling the provider and no one answers. I also could find no way to contact them, so I am forced to do it via review.

This tour combines two of my favourite things, bicycling and eating! I was the only one on this tour on the day that I picked, so I had a private tour with Moh Swe. She speaks excellent English and was able to give me lots of insight into Myanmar foods and culture. We stopped at several restaurants and Moh Swe ordered many types of foods and drinks. We enjoyed foods such as tea leaf salad, samosas, Shan noodles, and some sweets. The bicycling was easy because the area that we covered was fairly small. This is a fun activity for kids of all ages.

Wir konnten eine Menge an Essen (nicht vorher essen bitte!) der lokalen Lebensmittel testen und haben auch sehr viel über die Lebensweise und Kultur erfahren. Die Tour ist echt ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalt in Mandalay. Unser Guide Moh Swe war echt toll und wir hatten viel Spass. Leider waren es nur 3 Stopps (allerdings immer viel zum essen). Aufgrund der Räder hätten es gerne mehrere Lokale sein können.
