Großartige Tour mit Viktoria zu der Geschichte der Medici! Wir waren zu zweit und haben die Tour mit Viktoria gebucht. Viktoria ist super auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat die Tour zu einem individuellen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir werden die anderen Touren von Viktoria bei unserem nächste Aufenthalt in Florenz besuchen.

I booked this tour for over forty dollars for one reason. It included a tour with guide of the Medici Chapel. At first I was told that is not the tour I picked. When I produced my paperwork they did get my family and I tickets to the Medici Chapel but no tour guide. If I wanted to walk around the chapel without a tour guide I could have gotten my own tickets for 10 euros.

We did not get the tour we signed up for. Instead all we got was a different walking tour and we had to push them to give us the tickets to Medici chapel as promised in description. Only after we complained did they take us at end of walking tour and buy us entry tickets to chapel— but we got no tour of chapel that we had expected. Green Tours seemed very disorganized so we will not use them again.
