You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great service, received excellent clear communication a few days before our arrival and then another clear message the day before our departure reconfirming the pickup time from our resort. Arrival at NADI airport was easy, well signed even though our initial car did not have any epic signage our driver was professional and quiet and calm, which was good in the hot afternoon sun. Our pickup from the resort arrived 10 min early, was very friendly and professioinal too. Would recommend.

Very punctual, efficient and friendly. Shiraz was our driver and he patiently waited for us despite a delayed arrival and us taking a while to exit the airport. Vehicle was exceptionally clean. Our transfer from the resort back to the airport was equally excellent. I can't remember the driver's name. But we enjoyed a great conversation on the way to the airport. The bus was super clean, spacious and comfortable.
