For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Wonderful service. thank you :) Travelling with 2 kids under 7 years old you can imagine how busy this is but having a reliable transfer service that is clean with booster seats and carseat my little one sleep really well in the car seat on the way to the outrigger which was 1.5hours long.
