We totally appreciated the timeliness, friendliness and excellent service provided by the two drivers on the pick up and return to Nadi airport. We would highly recommend using Viator transfers for your next trip to Fiji. Thank you so much to the drivers - I remember the return driver was Chris (who was equally excellent to the driver who picked us up at the airport). Thank you to both of them for their excellent service.

Both drivers we had to and from the airport were on time for pick up. Our driver who picked us up at the airport offered to make a stop at a Grocery store so we can pick up snacks, fruit and drinks. This is very thoughtful. My email to I-Explore to confirm our return trip was answered almost immediately. 15 mins after we were dropped off at the airport from our hotel by our driver, my daughter realised her mobile phone was missing, and possibly could have fallen out of her bag whilst we were in the vehicle. An email to their office was responded to immediately and we were informed they will urgently look for the phone and also provided us with the driver's phone number. A quick call to the driver and he confirmed the phone was found and that he will have the phone brought to us within the next 8 mins, and so he did. This type of service is truly impressive and is beyond exceptional. Our sincere thanks to both admin staff on emails and the drivers. We are very proud to recommend this service to any family and friends travelling to Fiji and of course we will be using this service the next time. A very big thank you and wishing you all the best.
