The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Private airport transfers are an easy and convenient way to get to and from your destinations. Let go of the stress of waiting and stopping over at different locations to get to your destination. Book a private transfer and let our professional and dedicated drivers take you directly to your resort from the airport and to the airport from your resort at the end of your holiday. We are also happy to stop at the supermarket on your way for some snacks and drinks. Maximum 4 people per vehicle, services are available 24/7.

When booking a round-trip transfer, please provide your departure date, flight number and time from Fiji. Also, advise the time you need to be picked up from the hotel. Please provide all this information in the Special Requests field

Baby car seats are also available on request at $10fjd per seat per way payable direct to the driver.
A maximum of 4 people per booking
Each guest is allowed a maximum of 1 large suitcase. A maximum of 4 large suitcases can fit in the car. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Price is per car in a private transfer
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The drivers we both fantastic, on time, clean vehicles and provided a lot of information to us about Fiji on the long trip.

Friendly driver who was waiting for us when we arrived, happy to wait for wife to have a vape and stopped on our way to resort (at our request) to grab some groceries. Very pleasant experience.

Our driver was there to meet us at Nadi airport it was all so easy we had a lovely drive to the Outrigger he gave us great ideas of things to do on our holiday-he even stopped at supermarket on the way so we could buy snacks and drinks -definitely will book with this company again
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
