  • Each guest is allowed a maximum of 1 large suitcase. A maximum of 4 large suitcases can fit in the car. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • PLEASE STATE YOUR PREFERRED PICKUP TIME FROM THE RESORT FOR YOUR DEPARTURE DATE BOOKING. IF PICKUP TIME FROM THE RESORT IS NOT STATED THEN IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT THE PICKUP TIME WILL BE 3 HOURS PRIOR TO FLIGHT DEPARTURE + DISTANCE TAKEN FROM YOUR HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT. ALSO NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM WAITING TIME WILL BE 15 MINUTES AT THE RESORT.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I booked uniquely Fiji through booking.com and I was highly impressed. My driver Bobby Ali was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was significantly lower than my hotel was charging and my quotes from other companies online. The car was clean, and had air conditioning. I will definetly use this service again in the future.
