The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The vehicle can fit luggage up to 4 large suitcases maximum. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Private transfers are provided in Luxury Toyota Prado 4WD and can comfortably seat 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. In case 4 adults are travelling, guests should be aware of limited space in vehicle.
Price is per person, based on 4 adults per car
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver Luke was on time for a very early 4.20am hotel pick up. He was very friendly and helpful with our luggage, and got us to the airport without any problems. I would recommend this transfer service to anyone.

Nice cars, clean and on time pick ups. My driver Luke, was a very smooth driver and happy to chat with me on the way to the airport.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
