The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Private airport transfers are an easy and convenient way to get to and from your destinations. Let go of the stress of waiting and stopping over at different locations to get to your destination. Book a private transfer and let professional and dedicated drivers take you directly to your resort from the airport and to the airport from your resort at the end of your holiday. You can also request a stop at the supermarket on your way for some snacks and drinks. Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The maximum number of people that can fit in a van are 13 although it has been stated as 3 people.
Each guest is allowed a maximum of 1 large suitcase. A maximum of 4 large suitcases can fit in the car. Over sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Private transfers are provided in a luxury Toyota Hiace and can comfortable fit in 9 people.
Price is per van in a private transfer
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It’s too expensive as I paid US$115 which us more than double of the usual rate for a one way transfer. Not impressed at all.

Driver was waiting and very accommodating. Would recommend highly. And even had a personalized sign to make us feel welcome

Driver was early to pick us up. This was good because I added some buffer time after scheduled landing time for customs, etc. and we were ready almost an hour before I set the pick up time. We only had to wait 25 minutes or so (so he was 30+ minutes early). The driver was friendly (as almost everyone in Fiji is) and stopped at a store for us to buy some beer and water before heading to the hotel.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
