  • Private transfers are provided in a luxury Toyota HiAce and can comfortable fit 13 people.
  • PLEASE STATE YOUR PREFERRED PICKUP TIME FROM THE RESORT FOR YOUR DEPARTURE DATE BOOKING. IF PICKUP TIME FROM THE RESORT IS NOT STATED THEN IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT THE PICKUP TIME WILL BE 3 HOURS PRIOR TO FLIGHT DEPARTURE + DISTANCE TAKEN FROM YOUR HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT. ALSO NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM WAITING TIME WILL BE 15 MINUTES AT THE RESORT.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I tried to reach them for a few days with the viator’s “contact the operator” and WhatsApp function to confirm the pick-up time. The day before the pickup, I had to reach an operator from Viator to help confirm the pickup time, but they didn't come by 7 am the next day. I reached another Viator operator to get to talk to the agency regarding the pickup finally. It was unacceptable, but the rude person behind the agency tried to gaslight me by blaming me. I found out there are other cheaper shuttles. Try to book via your hotel/resort rather than waste time on an agency like this. There is no need to waste any time to argue with them. They are good at trying to pick fights and argue with you than doing their actual job.

Would highly recommend this transfer. They were prompt, efficient and very friendly. When my grandson left his iPad in the vehicle they did everything possible to return it to him. It would've been a nightmare flight on the way home without it! :
