Pick up was smooth and driver was very polite and friendly. The van was spacious and drove to hotel without any stops.

We changed our pick up time twice and they were accommodating to change it from 515am to 7am as we discovered Fiji Airways have a check in option at the Sofitel. We then changed it to 6.30am as we were ready to head back to Australia time from Fiji time. We stopped for 5 minutes at a pharmacy enroute to the airport, and this help from Xplore Transfers was much appreciated. We were on time for our boarding and had no issues at all once reaching the airport.

Polite driver with a clean and comfortable car. Arrived early and got us to the airport safely and comfortably. Booking was easy and communication was good.
