Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Enjoy a private departure transfer from the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa, Natadola Beach to the Nadi International Airport. This is a private transfer for 1 to 15 people in an Alphard Hybrid car or a Toyota HiAce Van (depending on the size of your party). This transfer is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will travel in spacious modern vehicles, all with air conditioning as well as baby seats if required.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Go Bula did not answer msg via Viator to arrange time for paid pickup. Finally on the day of pick up I received pick up msg on Whats App. for 12.45 then at 12.30 that the driver will be arriving 1 pm .
By 1.10 concerned we would miss our flight the hotel arranged alternative transport. Then 30 min late for the trip to the airport I received msg that driver is in the lobby.
Not only did I have to pay for my trip twice but I also expected notification via viator app and not via Whats App. - all highly unprofessional.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
