Go Bula did not answer msg via Viator to arrange time for paid pickup. Finally on the day of pick up I received pick up msg on Whats App. for 12.45 then at 12.30 that the driver will be arriving 1 pm . By 1.10 concerned we would miss our flight the hotel arranged alternative transport. Then 30 min late for the trip to the airport I received msg that driver is in the lobby. Not only did I have to pay for my trip twice but I also expected notification via viator app and not via Whats App. - all highly unprofessional.
