It’s only a one day tour because only gave ticket for day park pass. Also don’t provide full payment access to trains. Access to Nagoya requires two forms of payment — IC card and physical ticket. Customer service doesn’t respond to email message for almost a week. Tried calling your operator and no response. Contacted Viator customer support and nothing they can do. The provide you your ticket and info only one day in advance and I have to physically travel to a far away location to pick it up. All inconveniences in every step of the way.
