This company needs a longer scale so I can upgrade its rating. I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The tour guide is well acquainted with the Maasai Mara Reserve and went the extra mile to provide a rich experience. My travel party and I got to see the big five up close and even got to see some other rare animals. Getting a view of the sunrise at the reserve demands tact and timing. But (Ambrose, our guide) knew just what time and place to be for us to capture the moment. It is all surreal. All these don't even match the customer service that they provide. This was my first time in Kenya and Sam (the manager) ensured all my questions were answered, connected me to some interesting people and was pretty much my eyes and compass throughout my one-week stay. I recommend this company to anyone visiting Kenya. They are the company to beat.
